Pricing

Corporate event coverage begins at $600 for up to 2 hours.

Because every event is unique — from conference keynotes and ribbon cuttings to galas and university celebrations — I create custom proposals based on:

  • Number of final deliverables

  • Turnaround needs

  • Licensing and usage requirements

  • Travel and logistics

Average client investment:

  • Half-day (up to 4 hours): $1,000–$1,400

  • Full-day (up to 8 hours): $1,800–$2,200+

All packages typically include a standard licensing agreement, allowing for organizational, editorial, and marketing use — including social media, web, press, and sponsor recaps related to the event. Extended commercial or third-party licensing (for advertising campaigns, paid placements, or external brand use) is available as an add-on.
